Patty bought this dollhouse from an Antique Store in phoenix. When she bought it, it was unfurnished and in bad shape. It is from the 1930's, and it had been redone in bright colors. Patty rebuilt and painted the whole thing, and then furnished it. It is wired for electricity, but she has never been able to get it to work.
The bookcase was a gift from her brother Ralph, and is from the 30's or 40's. All of the dolls inside are antiques. All the paintings are handpainted oil paintings from an Antique Store.
Patty's mother bought these at a yard sale for $11. They are probably worth $3-400. The Bride and Groom set was used on top of Patty's son's wedding cake. She has all the original tags.
